Mr. Krause concentrates his practice in the field of U.S. patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Krause has successfully represented various high technology corporate clients before the USPTO. His experience spans over 30 years in all phases of patent procurement and enforcement including patentability assessments and procurement of many key patents for various high technology corporate clients including Lucent Tech., AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, Tellabs, Boeing, as well as providing invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Mr. Krause is registered to practice before the USPTO and also admitted to the Illinois bar.
